As a help for future organisers of the Part III Seminar Series, I thought I would attach some (possibly) helpful files here, so that they can be reused. At the bottom are several "how to" file, which might also appear in a different place on this website. There are also some files I (Julia, MT2007 and LT2008) used to distribute the rooms to the different groups (that is mainly for private use of the organisor), and the final versions of the time tables (which should be copied on A3 and hung in the stairwell during the Seminars). I changed the format for the Lent term ones, because I realised that when we had the original layout (schedule.pdf), people didn't know about the coffee breaks and didn't turn up. Also attached is the sign up sheet. Please feel free to use these and change them to suit your needs. Especially you should add things to the "improvements" file after your post-mortem.
